The City of Atlanta’s legal team looks forward to aggressively defending this lawsuit and our long standing practice of prohibiting firearm weapons at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Given the personal safety and national security issues at stake, we will be requesting the Court to delay the hearing until early August to allow us to have adequate time to respond to the motion.
