As the mayoral campaign ends today, the Franklin Administration is preparing to assist in the transition of the mayor-elect.
Office space at City Hall in the Old City Council Chambers has been designated and modestly equipped for the mayor-elect and his or her transition team. Each department has developed a formal, written transition plan detailing both short-term priorities and longer term strategic issues. Hopefully, this will help allow for a seamless transition and accommodate the short-term office needs of the new team. The space is fully functional with the basic needs to conduct business.
