If your ticket is payable online, you will notice this   icon to the right of your case number. All tickets paid online will be assessed a $2.50 convenience fee.  If you do not want to pay your ticket online you will need to appear in court. Note: If your ticket is not payable online, information regarding your fine will not be available online and you must come to court to verify your fine amount.  For more information click here.

         Disputing False Alarm Tickets 

If you have received a False Alarm ticket and feel you have received it in  error, please click here to download the False Alarm Citation Dispute Form, complete it in its entirety then e-mail it to falsealarm@atlantaga.gov.

Disputing Parking Tickets

If you have received a parking ticket and feel you have received it in error, please click here  to download the Parking Dispute Form, complete           it in its entirety then e-mail it to MCParking@atlantaga.gov

In the event that you do not have computer access, you must file your      false alarm and/or parking dispute form in person at 150 Garnett Street Atlanta, GA 30303. Parking citation dispute forms may also be filed in   person or mailed  to the same address.  

Please allow 45 – 60 days for your dispute to be reviewed and processed.

Ombudsman Unit

The Ombudsman Unit was established by the court to provide further assistance to customers with difficult situations related to court cases. Please call 404-954-6767 or send an e-mail to municourt@atlantaga.gov for further assistance.  An Ombudsman team member will follow up with you as soon as possible.
